Responsibilities
Minimum 3-6 years of federal litigation experience, including proposing litigation strategy, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, drafting reports, pleadings, discovery, and motions, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations and trials
Minimum 2-6 years cyber incident response work, including crisis management and wider regulatory and data risk issues, as well as advising clients with incident response, investigations brought by regulators arising out of data breaches and privacy related issues
Qualification
Required
