Responsibilities
Partner with Business Analysts and Product Architects to design product enhancements and new solutions that complement our payment technology platform
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with precision
Develop user stories, flowcharts, workflows, and process diagrams to support solution design
Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to deliver best-in-class user experiences
Support testing and training efforts to ensure successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of products
Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all solutions
Perform additional related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira
Expertise in writing user stories and acceptance criteria using industry-standard methodologies
Strong ability to create workflows and diagrams for complex solutions
Skilled in eliciting and documenting functional and non-functional requirements
Excellent communication skills for working with development teams and experience designers
Jira / Confluence
Waterfall, Agile, and Scaled Agile methodologies
Translating user stories into technical requirements (Gherkin)
Experience collaborating with architects and developers
SQL, Postman, JSON
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
