Responsibilities

Determine and define project scope and objectives

Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements

Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

Track project costs against budget

Provide project status updates to internal and external stakeholders

Coordinate project resource assignment and task execution

Coordinate the successful implementation of Inland Solutions through training, onsite support and other means as required

Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project lifecycle

Measure project performance to identify success along with areas for improvement
