Responsibilities
Support and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across Europe, Asia
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
Actively source candidates through various channels and support pipeline building
Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Provide timely and professional feedback to candidates
Support improvements and optimizations in recruitment processes
Use recruitment data and reports to track progress and identify basic areas for improvement
Assist with additional HR and people-related projects as needed
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of in-house recruitment experience, preferably in tech or product-driven companies
Ability to manage multiple open positions in parallel with guidance and support
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Willingness to learn, improve processes, and grow within the role
Proficiency in English (written & spoken) is required
