Managing timelines, budgets and resources, reducing the likelihood of projects becoming 'red.'
Create effective implementation plans in alignment with the impact statement and can articulate the product and business impact to their clients and team
Coordinate and provide direction for the team, clearing any roadblocks that can disrupt productivity
Create great client experiences through collaboration and empathetic transparency
Gather and translate requirements, effectively managing the needs of various stakeholders
Balance competing priorities and facilitate collaboration and direction within the team
Envision the end goal and create actionable project plans to communicate to their clients, providing clarity and reassurance
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project health and prevent disruptions or issues that could impact project delivery or quality
Address potential problems early to maintain client satisfaction and project success
Communicate potential risks and roadblocks to both their clients and team with composure and create contingency plans when needed
Help foster a collaborative environment for the project team by providing encouragement and guidance
Provide clear expectations and value building trust to drive momentum to achieve shared goals
Maintain a solutions-oriented mindset, leading by example through your communication and actions
Lead meetings with purpose, clearing roadblocks, and resolving conflicts when they arise
Oversee reporting, documentation, and resource management to ensure optimal project performance and high-quality results
Track progress and have a high attention to detail, avoiding bottlenecks to productivity, invoicing errors, and negative impact to utilization
Qualification
Required
3–5 years successfully delivering digital products on time, on budget, and within scope
Proven ability to turn business requirements into product outcomes
Skilled at building trust, leading client conversations, and managing expectations
Strong ability to anticipate challenges and create actionable solutions
Certifications (any below are applicable): Project Management certifications: PMI-ACP, CAPM, PMP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Certifications (any below are applicable): Product Owner certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I/II)
