Qualification
Required
Solid background in Learning & Development
CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
Proven ability to diagnose development needs and design engaging impactful learning solutions, both face-to-face and digitally enabled
Experience in leadership and management development, soft skills and behavioural programmes
Used to measuring impact through KPIs and learning insights
Balance credibility with a collaborative mindset
Skilled at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Confident at sourcing and managing third-party providers
Clear, confident communicator who enjoys facilitating and presenting
Creates practical, accessible resources using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong understanding of apprenticeships and career development frameworks
Ability to support, design, or align learning programmes to meet apprenticeship standards and progression pathways
