Responsibilities
You'll act as a trusted advisor to customers across North America
You'll work closely with customers during onboarding and deliver water quality insights to drive value
You'll support customers throughout their journey, develop a deep understanding of their use case(s), communicate progress around quarterly targets to executives, prepare case studies and references, manage escalations, and conduct regular status calls
You'll drive retention and identify expansion opportunities, achieve renewal targets, and drive customer satisfaction (including NPS)
You'll communicate the voice of the customer internally to other departments to ensure an excellent customer experience is delivered through developing an in-depth understanding of customer needs
Qualification
Required
You're a long-term relationship builder with an emphasis on retention, proactive problem solving and a genuine passion for customer success
You'll ideally have a background in speaking with customers across the water industry
You're an excellent communicator, capable of speaking with stakeholders of all levels and seniorities; engineers through to c-suite
You have a proven track record around successfully achieving customer goals, driving customer satisfaction, increasing customer retention, and solving customer issues
You have strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
You're comfortable with travel, up to 30% of the time
