Responsibilities

Gain exposure to the job responsibilities of a full-time Team Leader

Review production processes against the current Process Specification Summary

Assist Team Leaders with information gathering to optimize performance

Document job descriptions for key positions, identifying major accountabilities

Assist with the supervision of a staff of approximately 15-30 employees

The position is very hands-on - interns are usually in the production area “on-their-feet” about 80% of the shift

Required

Must graduate in August 2026, December 2026, or May 2027 and major in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Agribusiness, Management, Industrial Management, or related field with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred

Demonstrated leadership, persuasive, initiative, analytical, and communication skills are necessary for success in this position

Possess a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit

This position will require access to and/or the utilization of a personal motor vehicle to get to and from the workplace
