Responsibilities

Deliver elements of the strategic short and long-term Salesforce roadmap

Work closely with Product Managers to deliver strategic digitisation solutions

Ensure that the engineered solutions and changes are documented

Work with Solutions Architects and other Engineering managers to produce and maintain detailed technical architecture designs for the Group's Salesforce estate

Required

Proven track record of building and leading high performing teams

Experience in Salesforce platform product development and configuration

Understanding of digitisation concepts

Experience within a similar role

Experience leading and managing teams

Knowledge of Service Cloud

A proven track record of building Salesforce flows

Hands on experience working in the Salesforce platform

Basic DBS check is mandatory
