Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to accelerate revenue growth
Understand the customer’s business and pain points to tailor solutions that meet their needs
Build, nurture, and manage a healthy sales pipeline; consistently move prospects through the sales cycle and close deals
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos that showcase Zluri’s value and secure buy-in
Collaborate closely with marketing, channel, and customer success teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns, joint events, and outreach strategies
Travel to your territory to conduct face-to-face meetings, conduct joint events, and drive regional campaigns
Be a team player across the organization, working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success, always helping first and selling second
Continuously learn and understand the identity and security sales process, staying informed about industry trends, competitive activity, and evolving customer needs
Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to leadership to inform strategic decisions
Always be learning and improving your approach to better understand how to solve customer challenges through our solutions

Qualification

Required

2-4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the cybersecurity or identity and access management industry
A highly motivated and self-driven mindset with a strong 'build your own territory' mentality
Proven track record of selling into US commercial/mid-market customers
Experience working with partners, understanding the partner sales cycle, and successfully enabling channel collaborations
A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas, a quota achiever and results oriented
Experience with cybersecurity and identity platforms like Okta, JumpCloud, SailPoint, and Saviynt
Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written), complemented by excellent organisational abilities
A positive attitude and a true team player willing to share their recipe for success with others
Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms is a plus
An established personal brand and networking ability within your territory, demonstrating active connections and relationships that generate new opportunities
A proactive 'hunter' mentality, relentless in pursuit of new opportunities and growth
A 'unicorn chaser' passionate about hitting ambitious targets and closing high-value deals
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales challenges creatively
Proven experience working with partners, understanding the partner sales cycle, and leveraging partner ecosystems effectively
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn

Preferred

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but a proven track record and tenacity are most important
