Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership to our Cloud Engineering team
Own the portfolio of Cloud infrastructure solutions
Set and drive the technical standards
Create and maintain the technology roadmap for Cloud infrastructure
Ensure that we have a medium and long term strategy for Cloud
Lead on the development and enhancement of infrastructure through code
Ensure that our services are resilient, visible, scalable, repeatable and transportable
Ensure that all developed solutions meet the prescribed standards
Align to best practice cloud engineering
Meet the performance requirements of the service
Qualification
Required
Proven track record as a Principal Cloud / DevOps Engineer
Experience of working with Cloud platforms ideally Azure / GCP
Proven track record of working with Terraform, GIT, Ansible and Puppet
Understanding of CI/ CD processes
Basic DBS check is mandatory for this position
