Responsibilities
Collaborate with GenAI researchers and engineers to understand data collection and evaluation requirements
Convert high-level requirements into detailed workflows and communicate them to larger teams
Execute data collection and evaluation workflows efficiently with minimal supervision
Innovate and optimize workflows to maximize quality and throughput
Conduct in-depth research using LLM models across specialized domains
Develop high-quality, original, and deeply researched content for LLM evaluation and training
Create complex problems that current top models are unable to solve
Perform thorough fact-checking and accuracy verification to maintain data integrity
Qualification
Required
Master's with distinction or PhD in finance, engineering, physics, chemistry, or medicine
Candidates with a graduate degree and extensive domain experience are also encouraged to apply
Preferably from top-tier US or international institutes/universities
Strong content development abilities in finance, engineering, physics, chemistry, or medicine
Exceptional writing proficiency across various formats
Advanced research and fact-checking skills
Creativity and originality in content creation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills
Foundational understanding of AI, ML, NLP, and LLMs
Prompt engineering knowledge
Experience with AI writing tools
Awareness of ethical AI practices and bias mitigation
Data literacy and understanding of data preparation for LLM training
