Responsibilities
Act as the right hand to the CEO across the entire front-end sales process, removing friction so he can focus exclusively on closing
Prepare the CEO for every prospect meeting with clear context, defined objectives, and decision-ready materials
Capture notes, decisions, and next steps in real time, driving disciplined follow-up and forward momentum so no opportunity stalls
Ensure a polished, white-glove prospect experience through precise coordination, preparation, and follow-through at every stage
Qualification
Required
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Calm, confident, and credible with ultra high net worth prospects
Ability to think two to three steps ahead
Pride in precision, preparation, and follow through
