Responsibilities

Perform specialized information processing and customer service functions that require experienced judgment to analyze and resolve operational issues

Explain departmental regulations, policies and procedures and communicate work related judgments and decisions to customers

Extract, analyze and interpret information from various sources to process records, reports, correspondence, data bases, etc

Create detailed schedules, manage databases, and support a variety of events and programs

Required

Ability to type from clear copy at a rate of 40 w.p.m./net
