Build and maintain Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs)

Develop testing plans and determine appropriate frequency
Identify gaps or limitations within processes and systems
Create findings to address risk/control ineffectiveness, gaps, or process failures
Establish and maintain reporting standards for risk and control activities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with RCSAs and control testing practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a complex environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in risk management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
