Responsibilities
Own day-to-day privacy and data protection questions (HIPAA, state privacy laws, and related frameworks)
Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements (customer agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, BAAs, partnerships)
Partner with Product, Security, Sales, and Ops to embed privacy and compliance into how we build and sell
Help scale legal processes that support growth without slowing the team down
Spot risks early and propose practical, business-friendly solutions
Qualification
Required
At least 3+ years of legal experience, in-house or at a law firm (IP, tech, healthcare strongly preferred)
Solid experience with privacy laws and commercial contracting
Working knowledge of HIPAA (hands-on experience a big plus)
Clear communicator who can translate legal concepts into practical guidance
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous startup environment
Active license to practice law in Israel
