Responsibilities

Support the Head of Strategy & Operations in coordinating business performance reporting dashboards and governance meetings

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure alignment on reporting requirements

Support development of leadership presentations for internal events and strategic updates

Coordinate executive communication such as weekly CEO news, monthly brand performance reviews, and other key performance indicator (KPI) reports

Support the planning and execution of key meetings around the world for the global teams & affiliates

Contribute to franchise learning initiatives such as Lunch & Learn sessions

Assist in maintaining Strategy & Operations team processes and help foster a strong team culture

Manage and support ad hoc Strategy & Operations projects and initiatives
