Responsibilities

Simplify Nest cable management and layouts to make them easier to build and maintain

Identify points of failure in the current system and develop mitigations

Engage with cross-functional Design, Manufacturing, and Operations Teams to develop and implement appropriate design improvements

Support in developing roadmap for updating all existing and future Nests to incorporate mitigations and design improvements

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, or related field, graduating between December 2026 and August 2027

Mechanical Drafting (SolidWorks) and Electrical Wiring Diagram creation experience

Strategic mindset to understand the needs and comprehend requirement which can be converted to actionable and viable plans

Ability to work independently to investigate issues and communicate findings to cross-functional teams

Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills
