Responsibilities
Architect & Deploy: You don't just draw diagrams. You design and implement scalable AI architectures (RAG pipelines, Agent orchestration, LLM integration) that solve specific business problems
The Playbook: You define how we deliver. You will oversee 2-3 concurrent missions, establishing the technical standard and quality gates for other engineers on the project
Build for Reuse: You are a systems thinker. You identify patterns across client projects and turn them into reusable modules for the InstaAgents platform
Client Bridge: You translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps. You are the technical authority in the room
Qualification
Required
5+ years in software engineering or data science
Experience building ML systems from the ground up, not just implementing off-the-shelf APIs
Ability to lead a small team of engineers while being hands-on
Experience reviewing code, merging PRs, and debugging production issues
Understanding of deploying LLMs in production, including latency, cost, hallucinations, and evaluation
