Responsibilities

Collaborate with project managers to implement and adhere to project management best practices in alignment with Manufacturing and Supply Vaccines (M&SV) PMF standards

Assist in the collection, entry, and maintenance of project information (costs, schedule, resources) within the Shine platform

Contribute to the development and management of resource plans that align with project timelines

Partner with portfolio managers to establish and maintain compliant project management processes throughout the project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, closure)

Assist in the implementation and upkeep of systems and processes for effective portfolio planning

Ensure adherence to portfolio management best practices as defined by M&SV PMF

Support the development and maintenance of reporting mechanisms to track project and portfolio status (costs, schedule, resources)

Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the site PMF training materials

Assist in the preparation of monthly Steering Committee presentations

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in project management, finance, accounting, business administration, engineering, or related field with the expectation that you will complete your current degree by the Spring of 2028

Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship/co-op with Sanofi

Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40 hrs./week for the full duration of the internship/co-op

Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship
