Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and success criteria
Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligned to business outcomes
Ensure delivery meets agreed scope, quality standards, and timelines
Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and client stakeholders across regions and time zones
Build strong working relationships with sponsors, suppliers, and client leadership
Own project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial tracking
Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues proactively
Provide clear status reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and forecasts
Chair regular governance and status meetings with senior stakeholders
Review contracts, assess delivery risk, and manage scope changes
Lead change control discussions and negotiate outcomes with clients
Act as a trusted delivery partner, building confidence through structured communication and value-driven execution
Qualification
Required
10–15 years' experience delivering complex projects within financial services technology
Strong background working with capital markets clients (banks, asset managers, asset owners, service providers)
Experience delivering enterprise software implementations, including greenfield and legacy replacement programmes
Exposure to data management platforms, regulatory-driven change, or trading/investment systems
Proven ability to manage multi-project environments with strong governance and risk management
Excellent client-facing communication skills across technical and executive audiences
