Prism Specialties is a disaster restoration company specializing in the restoration of consumer and commercial electronics and appliances. They are currently seeking an entry level Electronics Technician to evaluate, restore, and deliver electronics affected by damages, with no prior experience required as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site evaluations of damaged electronics from insurance claims related to fire or water damage
Safely inventory, remove, transport electronic items and appliances from insured properties
Disassemble electronic items for thorough evaluation; clean and restore them as needed
Document assessment results including model numbers and serial numbers using digital tools
Deliver restored electronic items back to insured homes or businesses; reinstall appliances with care (“white glove” service)

Required

Attention to detail with strong organizational skills; ability to follow work instructions accurately
Excellent customer service skills conducive to providing high-quality support for our clients during sensitive times
Comfortable working in post-peril environments while lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds during pick-up/delivery activities
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record required for operating company vehicles (box trucks)
