Responsibilities
Forecasting sales and/or business expenses in the short and long term, simultaneously analyzing and explaining key drivers of future growth
Understanding and analyzing business results including the internal (business-driven) and external (macroeconomic) drivers for P&L line items
Supporting our business partners with financial analysis, insights, and go-forward recommendations on sales events, special projects, and business initiatives
Identifying opportunities for smart spend management through informed and fact-based business decisions
Providing our business partners and Aritzia Leadership Team with timely and accurate reporting on performance results, calling out key highlights, risks, and opportunities
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution, with a preferred graduation date of April 2026 to April 2027
Preferably pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
Passion for Aritzia and the fashion industry
Skills and experience with Excel are an asset
A logical, organized approach with an appreciation for structure and details
A problem solver who thinks critically to develop insightful solutions
Preferred
Work experience in Aritzia Boutiques, Concierge, or Distribution Centres is highly valued
