Responsibilities

Analyze internal test-result databases to identify patterns linking bat design decisions to performance outcomes for aluminum and composite bats

Assist in finalizing an Excel-based documentation tool, including macros, to automate the entry of new bat designs into specification templates

Support bat performance testing in the internal batting cage and prepare concise summary reports of results

Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and resources to improve overall department efficiency

Provide general support throughout the bat development process, including design, testing, and documentation activities

Must be currently enrolled in a full-time college course load
