Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in CMM programming and operation
Proficiency in PC-DMIS software
Strong knowledge of GD&T and ANSI/ASME, ISO standards
Ability to document and maintain accurate records for quality audits
Ability to support continuous improvement initiatives with Kaizen methodologies
Ability to train and mentor junior staff
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
