Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a passionate individual to join their Remote team as a Cruiseabout Team Leader. The role involves leading a team to quote, book, and manage cruise bookings while ensuring sales targets are met and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages

Ensure that KPIs are met, meeting and exceed monthly sales targets

Support and handle walk in, email & telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately

Maximise sales opportunities by upselling & cross-selling

Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily

Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information in order to deliver and generate sales

Required

Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets

Minimum 2 years' retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry

GDS experience

Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organizing tasks efficiently
