Responsibilities
Working closely with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into designs, tests, integrations, and system builds
Partnering with investment teams, developers, and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions
Building prototypes, digging into datasets, and testing functionality using SQL and Python
Onboarding new datasets (structured & unstructured) and ensuring data quality
Creating and maintaining project documentation, use cases, and technical writeups
Supporting multiple projects at once, balancing detail with delivery
Qualification
Required
5–7 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in investment management or FinTech
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills — you love digging into complexity and finding smart solutions
Hands-on experience with SQL and Python (comfortable building quick prototypes and working with data)
Knowledge of IBOR or other investment data management systems is a big plus
Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and data modeling concepts
Preferred
Bonus if you've worked with DevOps/CI/CD practices
