Responsibilities
Strategic management and planning of HR operations in line with the company’s business goals
Development and implementation of HR policies, reward systems, talent management, and training programs
Managing recruitment processes and interviews, and assisting in sourcing top talent
Active participation in the company’s executive board
Contributing to the development and strengthening of company culture and employee well-being
Ensuring compliance with HR legislation and managing HR administration
Qualification
Required
University or higher education, preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in HR, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position
Excellent knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
Highly developed leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Strategic thinking and the ability to make independent decisions
