Responsibilities
Prepare and record all journal entries related to investments, payroll, accounts payable and bank funding/drawdown activity. Work closely with corporate and cash accounting for month-end closing issue
Input current day wire transfer requests into banking systems. Assist in reviewing, approving and releasing the daily wire transfers
Manage day to day operations for the company’s surety bond program which includes reviewing and approving the various invoices submitted from Willis Towers
Prepare audit requests for the company’s short-term investment portfolio for SOX compliance and for KPMG
Main backup for the daily cash mobilization process
Support bank account optimization effort (account structure, payment process, cash positioning and cash forecasting) with a focus on increasing automation
Other special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or other related field
3 years of experience across treasury and/or banking industries
Strong expertise with SAP, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools
Familiarity with Coupa, banking systems and Treasury Workstations, such as FIS/Quantum or GTreasury
