Responsibilities

Create custom innovation solutions using different artificial intelligence, analytics and automation platforms to solve business problems and inefficiencies
Work closely with SMEs and leaders in various functions within Regulatory, Safety and Quality to understand and identify routine, repetitive process steps that could be improved using various technologies
Share your broad understanding of the capabilities and applicability of current software, platform and tools to improve the quality of current output while making overall processes simpler and more efficient
Showcase your work with a final presentation (PPT) near the conclusion of your internship

Required

Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a minimum GPA of 2.8
Authorized to work in the United States without Sponsorship now or in the future or CPT/OPT through your University
Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student in a Bachelor's/Masters/MBA/PhD program at an accredited US based university or college
Must be a Rising Senior in undergrad or a Graduate or Doctoral Student
Must be enrolled full-time in the Fall Semester at an accredited university/college after the completion of the internship
Must be able to complete a 10-12 consecutive week internship between May and August
Must be able to relocate if necessary and work at the designated site for the duration of the internship

Preferred

Preferred Degree qualification: Computer Science/Data Science (Undergrad/Graduate/MBA/PhD/PharmD)
Working knowledge of multiple computer languages, including but not limited to Python, JavaScript, C, C++, SQL, PL/SQL
Working knowledge of web-based frameworks, including but not limited to LAMP, DJango, Node.js, React.js, Angular.js
Knowledge of artificial intelligence, large language models, machine learning, natural language processing and/or intelligent automation
An ability to design, develop and successfully implement unique and appropriately scaled solutions to fit 'real world' operational problems
Explain processes in a clear, understandable manner to colleagues and non-technically minded customers
Excellent verbal and written skills and attention to detail are required as well as time management and prioritization skills
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Ability to identify issues and seek solutions
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and diversity in the workplace
Efficient, organized, and able to handle short timelines in a fast-paced environment
