Responsibilities

Lead technical onboarding and configuration for new client integrations
Design and implement custom integration solutions in collaboration with internal and client teams
Manage deliverables and ensure integrations are completed accurately and on schedule
Provide technical support, including log analysis, SQL queries, and troubleshooting back-end services
Investigate, document, and resolve client issues, escalating as needed
Contribute to process and documentation improvements to enhance the client experience

Required

Strong proficiency in Python
Solid SQL experience (writing queries with joins, filters, aggregations)
Hands-on experience integrating with REST or gRPC APIs
Proven troubleshooting ability across logs, configurations, and back-end systems
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Strong organization and time management
A self-starter who investigates before escalating, with sound judgment on when to ask for help
2+ years in a related technical role (e.g., Integration Specialist, DevOps, SDET, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Support)
Experience within Financial asset classes (Equities, Derivatives, FX, Fixed Income)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Ability to work Eastern Time (EST) hours

Preferred

Prior client-facing or consulting experience
Familiarity with C# or Java, PowerShell, or basic server infrastructure
Understanding of financial markets or trading systems
Based in or near the New York City metro area
