As Head of Engineering, you will lead the technical vision and execution of ML-driven platforms, contributing directly to improved patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
Own and scale the machine learning engineering function, setting technical direction and best practices
Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing ML and software engineering teams
Partner closely with data science, clinical, product, and research teams to translate models into production-grade systems
Oversee the design and deployment of ML pipelines, model lifecycle management, and scalable infrastructure
Collaborate with executive leadership to align engineering strategy with business and clinical goals
Support integrations with pharmaceutical, diagnostic, and healthcare system partners
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership experience in a Head of Engineering, Director, or Senior Engineering Manager role
Strong background in machine learning engineering and production ML systems
Hands-on understanding of modern ML stacks (Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, MLOps, cloud infrastructure)
Experience scaling teams and platforms in high-growth or regulated environments
Ability to bridge deep technical detail with strategic leadership and stakeholder communication
Preferred
Experience working with healthcare, life sciences, oncology, genomics, RWD/RWE, or medical AI
