They are seeking a Hardware Support & Test Engineer to troubleshoot field units and support testing of prototypes, contributing to the development of novel hardware products.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot issues seen in the field by customers by analyzing data from units, talk to customers as needed to understand failures, and work with the engineering team to determine root causes and corrective actions
Support product development teams with prototyping and testing
Build software and AI tools to facilitate diagnosis of hardware failures
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and software systems to understand possible causes of failures
Familiarity with interpreting data and sensor readings
Familiarity with root cause analysis, DOE, and quality measuring techniques
BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
