Account Executive
CyberForce Global is an early-stage cybersecurity startup focused on AI-driven security innovation. They are seeking a Founding Account Executive to lead go-to-market execution and drive revenue growth across the U.S., playing a key role in positioning the company’s AI security solutions as leaders in the market.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies that position the company’s AI-driven security solutions at the forefront of the cybersecurity market
Identify and engage new enterprise opportunities while building relationships with key stakeholders to accelerate adoption and revenue growth
Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and GTM teams to align strategy, refine messaging, and deliver high-impact solutions
Track and analyse sales metrics, refine strategies, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue and growth targets
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, deeply understanding their security needs and translating them into meaningful outcomes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of enterprise software or cybersecurity sales experience, preferably in AI Security, Threat Detection, or MDR
Proven track record of driving full-cycle sales and exceeding quota in a GTM or startup environment
Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including AI-driven defense, detection, and response
Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and embraces the challenges of building from zero to one
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, especially with executive-level stakeholders
U.S.-based, remote role with flexibility for travel to customers and industry events
