Responsibilities
Provide strategic guidance on growth, positioning, and lane focus
Leverage industry relationships to introduce shippers and/or carriers
Advise on best practices across shipper engagement and carrier alignment
Serve as a sounding board for go-to-market and early-stage decisions
Support credibility and trust-building as the company scales
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in trucking, logistics, or transportation sales
Strong network across shippers, carriers, or both
Deep understanding of full-truckload operations
Strategic, relationship-driven mindset
Interest in early-stage companies and long-term value creation
