Mobile Service Technician
King O'Rourke Auto Group is Long Island’s largest Cadillac, Buick & GMC dealer, seeking to hire Mobile Service Technicians for their new Mobile Service+ Department. The role involves performing vehicle repairs and maintenance outside the shop while ensuring customer satisfaction and effective communication with the team.

Responsibilities
Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work outside the shop as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty
Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication
Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair
Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers
Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate
Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur
Maintains an organized work area
Qualification
Required
Must present valid driver's license
Diesel Technician desirable
ASE certification desirable
Excellent customer service
Strong communication skills
Valid Driver's License
GM Training and transmission experience a plus
DOT medical clearance a plus
18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
