Start in 2026 SpringAritzia is a fashion retailer seeking an intern for their Omni Department, which focuses on enhancing customer experiences across various channels. The intern will assist in testing, market research, performance analysis, and developing business cases for omni capabilities.

Responsibilities
Testing and deployment preparations on Omni Projects, including RFID and Digital Self-Serve Capabilities
Gathering market and competitor research on Omni services and capabilities
Analyzing Omni business and operational performance indicators and developing standardized tools and reports
Developing business cases to identify opportunities and make recommendations for future omni capabilities
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution, with a preferred graduation date of April 2025 to April 2026
Preferably pursuing a degree in Business, Technology, or Operations Management
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
Passion for Aritzia and the fashion industry
Skills and experience with Microsoft Excel, Analysis, and Business Case Development are an asset
Work experience in Aritzia Boutiques, Concierge, or Distribution Centres is highly valued
