Prepare financial statements and conduct variance analysis
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
Support ERP upgrades and process improvements
Mentor junior team members and collaborate across departments
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong Excel and ERP system knowledge
Preferred
CPA or CPA track is a plus
