Responsibilities

Master the technical application of AMD technology for new-build, retrofit, and conversion projects
Conduct compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations
Engage key decision-makers (architects, engineers, developers) and translate their vibration challenges into CALMFLOOR solutions
Capture critical project data and collaborate with our technical team to design optimal solutions
Own the full sales cycle, from discovery to closing landmark deals

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical), Physics, or related technical field
Expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales processes to effectively promote technical solutions
2-5+ years in a technical, client-facing role (e.g., construction engineering, project management)
Experience in the building or construction industry
Proven success in relationship building, with excellent listening and communication skills for technical and commercial audiences
A passion for applying innovative technology to solve real-world problems
Ambition to build a territory and desire for performance-based compensation
