GTM Associate
The Sales People is looking for a GTM Associate who will work at the intersection of sales, marketing, technology, and systems thinking. This role involves designing and executing go-to-market systems to drive measurable outcomes, with a focus on learning and hands-on experience in modern automation and data tools.

Responsibilities
You’ll work closely with senior GTM experts to learn how modern go-to-market systems are designed, built and scaled, blending commercial thinking with technical execution
You’ll get hands-on exposure to:
Designing systems from outcomes: Start with the business goal and conceptualise the systems needed to reach it
Automating workflows: Connect CRMs, enrichment tools and reporting systems using platforms like Zapier or Make
Building prospect lists in Clay: Use data and logic to identify, enrich and qualify leads based on ICPs
Creating email infrastructure: Set up and manage domains, DNS, deliverability and outbound automation to hit inboxes reliably
Reporting & analytics: Build clear, simple dashboards that track funnel health and campaign performance
Testing & improving systems: Observe, measure and iterate on every process to make it more efficient
Explaining your logic: Document and justify the 'why' behind every build or decision
Qualification
Required
Conceptualisation & Systems Thinking
Ability to start from an outcome and reverse-engineer the stack needed to achieve it
Understand how tools work together to create scalable, efficient systems
Business Mindset
Technical ability is valuable, but business understanding is critical
You should be able to ask: 'Why are we building this?' and 'What's the simplest path to the outcome?'
Creative Problem-Solving
Find multiple routes to achieve a goal and choose the most practical one
Think laterally and design creatively under constraints

Comfort with data, metrics, and experimentation
