High school diploma required

Valid Driver's License and auto insurance

Two or more years in a management role, or

Four or more years of direct care experience in a residential and/or psychiatric hospital environment, or

A combination of management and direct care experience totaling four or more years

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work/Services, Human Services, Education, Criminal Justice, Criminology, or a related field from an accredited college or university
