Responsibilities

Act as the primary customer contact for RAHN-Cosmetic Actives, driving business growth and enhancing brand recognition
Inspire clients with innovative solutions and lead product development projects from ideation to realization
Represent RAHN-Cosmetic Actives at key trade shows and professional events within the cosmetics industry in your territory
Drive sales activities, conduct regular customer visits, and deliver product presentations to enhance commercial and technical efficiency in managing RAHN's business with customers
Develop and maintain key industry contacts to strengthen business relationships
Cultivate new customer relationships, initiate projects, and hunt new business opportunities within the Cosmetics industry

Required

Scientific background with expertise in personal care raw materials and active ingredients
Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in a similar role within specialty ingredient companies in the Personal Care/Cosmetics fields
Demonstrated success in new business development and account management within the Cosmetics industry
Strong negotiation skills with a solutions-oriented approach
Self-awareness and a growth mindset, coupled with tenacity and self-reliance
Creative and out of-the-box thinker, yet able to prioritize effectively
High flexibility and willingness to travel nationally and internationally
Proactive, outgoing, self-confident, and customer-oriented team player
Must reside in Texas, ideally in the greater Dallas metropolitan area to facilitate client visits
