Sales Engineer
CyberForce Global is a fast-growing leader in modern web security and cybersecurity. They are seeking a Sales Engineer to lead the technical side of the sales cycle and help customers understand the platform's unique value, while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
Lead technical discovery, platform demos, and proof-of-value engagements
Translate customer pain points into precise technical solutions aligned with the platform’s web security and cyber defense capabilities
Partner with Sales to drive opportunities from qualification through technical close
Deliver compelling presentations and walkthroughs tailored to each customer’s environment
Support technical evaluations, RFP/RFI responses, architecture design, and deployment planning
Provide continuous feedback to Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities
Serve as the technical subject matter expert throughout the pre-sales cycle
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, web security, or application security
Strong knowledge of technologies such as: WAF, API Security, Zero Trust, SASE, SIEM, SOC, Threat Detection
Prior experience working with or supporting early-stage startups (GTM motions, building processes, wearing multiple hats)
Proven success supporting enterprise or mid-market sales cycles in a Sales Engineer or similar pre-sales technical role
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, customer-focused way
Must be remote within the U.S. and comfortable working across time zones
Preferred
Hands-on experience with modern security tools, cloud environments, and automation
