IT & BI Project Manager
CFS is a stable, family-owned company seeking an experienced IT & Business Intelligence Project Manager to join their growing team. This hybrid role involves leading projects end-to-end, engaging in requirements documentation, data analysis, and collaborating with business users to impact various operational areas.
Responsibilities
Oversee the full lifecycle of technology and business projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals
Partner with stakeholders to define objectives, gather requirements, and translate business needs into actionable plans
Develop and maintain project schedules, manage resources, and monitor progress to keep initiatives on track
Drive process improvements across ecommerce, ERP, CRM, and operational systems to enhance efficiency and user experience
Collaborate with teams to design and implement reporting solutions, dashboards, and KPIs using tools like Power BI
Perform data validation and analysis leveraging SQL and other scripting tools to support informed decision-making
Coordinate testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance activities to ensure successful deployments
Introduce best practices for documentation, governance, and project management to strengthen internal PMO standards
Utilize project management platforms such as Asana or Jira to maintain transparency and accountability across teams
Qualification
Required
3–7 years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or hybrid PM/BA
Proven track record delivering IT projects, ecommerce enhancements, or internal system improvements (manufacturing, wholesale, or B2B experience is a plus)
Strong skills in requirements gathering, workflow design, process mapping, and documentation
Exposure to Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization
Exposure to SQL Server, including SQL queries & stored procedures
Experience with ERP/CRM systems—Dynamics GP and/or Dynamics CRM strongly preferred
Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows
Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana or Jira
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a lean team environment and switch between PM leadership and BA execution
Preferred
Familiarity with Python
Background in ecommerce platforms or digital transformation initiatives
Experience in supply chain optimization or order management systems
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint planning
Prior involvement in PMO development or process standardization
