Responsibilities
Input and manage all shipments within the TMS System (Profit Tools), from domestic to international arrivals
Handle invoicing for all shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Oversee driver settlement processes and dispatch owner operators for both FCL and LCL shipments
Utilize Truck Brokerage Software to price shipments, select carriers, and track shipments
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years in freight dispatch, with hands-on experience in drayage operations
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite products, particularly Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Exceptional ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
