Responsibilities
Lead initiatives to identify opportunities for product optimization and revenue growth
Build strategies to drive financial and customer outcomes, including pricing, campaigns, and product parameters like purchase caps and product catalogs
Partner closely with product managers to implement enhancements and execute strategic initiatives
Monitor and report performance metrics using tools such as Quantum Metrics, Adobe Analytics, and SQL
Design and analyze A/B tests to validate improvements and inform decision-making
Align cross-functional teams and third-party partners around optimization strategies, success metrics, and actionable insights
Qualification
Required
3 years of experience in related Revenue Management field
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Aviation Management, Data Science, or any related field
Highly skilled in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to translate insights into business recommendations
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving to influence product development and optimization
Ability to communicate complex information effectively to diverse audiences
Passionate about leveraging data to enhance customer experience and drive measurable results
Preferred
Advanced Degree
Proficiency with SQL
Experience with Python/R/SAS
Experience in deal modeling in Cosmos
