Responsibilities
Trading algorithm assessment and analysis, directly collaborating and consulting with buy-side investors to ensure they are maximising trading algorithm P&L
Own and develop execution products across electronic and/or high-touch equities trading
Partner closely with trading desks, quant teams, sales, and technology to translate client and desk requirements into scalable product solutions
Define product strategy, roadmap, and prioritisation in line with commercial and regulatory objectives
Drive enhancements across areas such as smart order routing, algos, workflow, analytics, TCA, and market access
Engage directly with institutional clients to gather feedback and support product adoption
Coordinate delivery from concept through to implementation, testing, and rollout
Monitor market structure developments, regulation, and competitive trends to inform product direction
Qualification
Required
Senior trading professional experience
Experience in trading execution analysis
Ability to assess and enhance trading algorithms
Experience collaborating with buy-side investors
Experience in developing execution products across electronic and/or high-touch equities trading
Ability to partner with trading desks, quant teams, sales, and technology
Experience in defining product strategy, roadmap, and prioritisation
Knowledge of smart order routing, algos, workflow, analytics, TCA, and market access
Experience engaging with institutional clients
Ability to coordinate delivery from concept through to implementation, testing, and rollout
Knowledge of market structure developments, regulation, and competitive trends
