Responsibilities

Grow institutional OTC revenue across banks, payment providers, OTC desks, brokers, hedge funds, and proprietary trading firms
Originate, structure, and close complex, high-value institutional partnerships
Develop senior relationships with TradFi institutions preparing to enter digital assets
Act as a trusted counterpart, providing market context and structuring input to support client growth
Coordinate onboarding and account setup with compliance and internal teams

Required

Proven track record of closing complex institutional partnerships
Demonstrated ability to originate, lead, and scale Tier-1 institutional partnerships (banks, prime brokers, major exchanges, large trading firms)
Experience building relationships with TradFi institutions entering digital assets
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes trading environments
Fluent English

Preferred

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (MiCA, MAS, SEC)
Network in cross-border payments, remittances
Understanding of market microstructure, execution, and liquidity venues
Additional languages
