Lead and oversee land development projects from design through construction
Manage project budgets, schedules, client communications, and quality control
Develop business opportunities and strengthen client relationships within the region

Required

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in North Carolina or ability to obtain licensure
10+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development
