This role supports sales operations by ensuring accurate forecasting, data reporting, and inventory analysis to improve operational efficiency and overall business performance.

Partner with sales to gather, validate, and consolidate product forecasts

Analyze sales trends and inventory levels to support demand planning

Track chargebacks/deductions and report on trends to minimize losses

Set up and manage customer portals and new account onboarding

Provide insights to improve profitability and efficiency across sales channels

Develop and distribute KPI, sales, and trend reports

Assist with administrative tasks such as order tracking, documentation, and meeting preparation
